By using Messagecastr, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Service

Messagecastr is a platform for event organizers to send transactional SMS notifications to registered vendors and exhibitors. You may only use Messagecastr to send messages to individuals who have been registered as participants in your events and who have provided their contact information in connection with that participation.

You may not use Messagecastr to send unsolicited messages, spam, or marketing communications to individuals who have not consented to receive messages from you.

Organizer Responsibilities

As an organizer, you are responsible for ensuring that the vendor and exhibitor contacts you add to Messagecastr have agreed to participate in your event and may receive SMS communications related to it. You must honor all opt-out requests promptly.

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account. Messages must be truthful, relevant to your event, and compliant with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Messagecastr to:

— Send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your event

— Contact individuals who have opted out or requested not to be contacted

— Transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content

— Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law

SMS Opt-Out

All messages sent through Messagecastr include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

Disclaimer

Messagecastr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier issues, incorrect phone numbers, or other factors outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Messagecastr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
