Messagecastr sends transactional SMS notifications to vendors and exhibitors on behalf of event organizers. This page describes the nature of these messages and your rights as a recipient.

Service Description

Messages sent through Messagecastr are event-related notifications from the organizer of an event you have been registered for. These include setup reminders, schedule changes, weather alerts, and other time-sensitive event communications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How You Were Added

Your phone number was provided to Messagecastr by an event organizer — typically when you registered for, applied to, or were accepted into an event. By agreeing to participate in the event, you gave verbal or written consent to receive SMS notifications related to that event.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by event and organizer. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per event, depending on how many notifications the organizer sends. You will not receive messages unrelated to your event.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will receive no further messages unless you are re-enrolled by an organizer for a new event.
