Messagecastr is an SMS notification platform built for event organizers. It gives organizers a fast, reliable way to reach every vendor and exhibitor on site — no app download required for recipients.
Messagecastr is designed for the people who run events: farmers market managers, trade show coordinators, festival organizers, and anyone else responsible for communicating with vendors and exhibitors during a live event.
Recipients — the vendors and exhibitors receiving messages — do not need an account. They receive SMS notifications directly on their phone and can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Messagecastr is used exclusively for transactional event communications: setup reminders, schedule changes, weather alerts, and other operational updates. We are never used to send marketing messages.
We take privacy seriously. Contact information collected through Messagecastr is used only to deliver event notifications on behalf of the organizer. Messagecastr will never sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
